Each Contintent (4) has 2 Castles (A/B), 8 Towns and 8 Dungeon Templates.
Each Template uses same map but spawns unique content. (NPCs, Signs, etc.)
Merchants Buy and Sell Either Even or Odd numbered Items Scaled by PC level.
Castle Rulers give either a Slay Monster Quest or Visit Location Quest.
Dungeons are blank and extrapolated by Locale, X, Y ,Z, and thus unique.
Enemies are mobile and rove until they spot a player.
